Dome Arena

The 25,000 sq. ft air-conditioned clear span auditorium/arena contains 2,164 permanent seats. With additional theater seating on the floor, it will accommodate a total of 4,700 people and banquets of up to 2,000 people. Floor load is unlimited. The upper level contains three meeting rooms with seating for 250, 75, and 50. Dressing rooms, a central box office, concessions and catering services are also available.

Minett Hall

Located next to the Dome Arena, and connected to it by the Welcome Court, Minett Hall offers an additional 23,000 sq. ft. of clear span exhibition area, which can be used separately or in conjunction with the Dome.

Welcome Court

Our new Welcome Court is 4,000 sq. ft. and the ideal venue for receptions, meetings, seminars and small shows. It also serves as the main entrance to the Fair and Expo Center.

Grandstand

The new grandstand is an exciting venue for a variety of motor sports and other events. It will feature a fifth-mile track suitable for horse shows, circuses, festivals, sports clinics, concerts, and other outdoor events.

Murphy Room

An upstairs meeting room with a capacity of 225 people. The room is 28 x 86 feet with a 9 foot 6 inch ceiling. Over looking the new RV Park the Murphy Room is perfect for a business meeting or small banquet. The second floor is only accessible by stair way.

The Glass Lounge

Adjacent to the Dome Arena the Glass Lounge will seat 30 people and has a wet bar and separate outside access. It is an ideal site for a small art exhibit or other such show.

Festival Site

Located in the South Parking area, next to the new Fair and Expo Center pond and sculpted for drainage the festival site comes with available water and electric. It is the ideal location for any event combining food and music.

Horse Arena

Presented by Finger Lakes Gaming and Race Track, our brand new arena is home to the Fair and Expo Center ’s equine events, it is the ideal spot for “horsing around”.

Parking Lot

Over 1/3 of our parking area is now paved and ready to host your car show, vehicle training, or other event

RV Park

Newly redone, our RV Park accommodates up to 40 RVs with electric and water. The perfect spot for a stay while at the Fair and Expo Center or other Rochester area attractions. Call about our daily and weekly rates.
